You may submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your package (based on the logistics receipt or the date you actually received the product). Requests received after 30 days are generally not accepted. If there are quality issues or special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and provide an explanation.

Some items marked "Final Sale/Clearance" or non-returnable for hygiene reasons will be clearly stated on the product detail page. These items are not eligible for regular returns or exchanges.

When returning items, please package them securely and use a trackable courier. Please retain the tracking number for future reference.



Shipping and Related Fees


General: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, including shipping costs for international orders and any applicable duties or taxes.

Special Circumstances: If the return is due to our fault (such as incorrect shipment, quality issues, or shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs after confirmation. Please refer to the customer service email for details.

If you choose a higher-cost courier method for return shipping, any excess costs beyond standard mail will be your responsibility.



Inspection, Refund, and Exchange Timeframe


Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct a quality inspection, typically within 7 business days. If the item does not meet return requirements, we will email you the reason and discuss a solution with you.

Refund: After passing inspection, the refund will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 days. The processing time may vary depending on the payment platform or bank.

Exchange: If the item is in stock, we will email you an estimated timeframe or offer a refund.


If the refund order originally received free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs incurred within reasonable compliance (if applicable, this will be clearly stated in the refund instructions and you will confirm).



International Returns, Exchanges, and Customs


International order returns may involve extended shipping times and customs clearance. Unless the return is caused by our fault, shipping, import duties, and related customs clearance fees are generally the buyer's responsibility.

If certain taxes and fees incurred on your order are collected by a third party and cannot be refunded, these fees may not be refunded.



Quality Issues, Shipping Damage, or Wrong Items


If the item you received has quality issues, shipping damage, or does not match your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receipt and provide clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the delivery receipt.
