What are your main product lines?

How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Once the package is processed, we'll send it to the carrier and notify you via email with the tracking number and tracking link.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change your shipping address, contact number, or cancel your order, please contact our customer service (service@astrostd.com) as soon as possible after placing your order.
We'll do our best to accommodate this change, but if your order has already been packed or shipped, we may not be able to change it.
If your order has already shipped and cannot be canceled directly, you can request a refund through the return process after signing for it.
Are there any additional shipping charges at checkout?
Of course not. All orders receive free standard shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will there be color variations?

How can I track my order?

You can click the tracking link in the email or visit the carrier's official website and enter the tracking number to track your order.
Why does my order show as shipped, but my tracking information hasn't been updated?
When an order is first delivered to the carrier, it may take 24–72 hours for the logistics system to synchronize the information.
If your order hasn't been updated after the expected time, please contact us by email and we will assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
How long does it take to request a return or exchange?
Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of receiving the product, provided they meet the return conditions.
What are the return conditions?
The product must be new, unused, unwashed, and odor-free.
The label, tag, accessories, and gifts must all be included.
The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during shipping.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 10 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to receive the refund depends on the issuing bank or payment platform.
