Shipping Policy
Astrostd is committed to providing a convenient and reliable logistics experience for our customers. Unless otherwise specified, we offer free standard shipping for all orders, with no additional basic shipping charges at checkout.
Order Processing and Shipping
Once we confirm receipt of your order and payment, we typically review, pack, and ship your order within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, we will automatically send a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. This email will contain detailed order information and a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment progress.
If your order contains multiple items, some may be shipped from different warehouses, so you may receive multiple packages. The shipping information will be provided in the shipping email.
Delivery Time
From the date of shipment, your package is expected to arrive within 7–14 days, depending on the destination country and the carrier's shipping efficiency.
Delivery times may exceed the estimated time due to uncontrollable factors such as remote locations, statutory holidays, peak seasons, customs inspections, natural disasters, strikes, and epidemics. We will actively assist in resolving these issues, but we cannot guarantee the final delivery time.
Courier and Logistics Tracking
You can check the shipping progress directly through the link in the shipping notification email, or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive the tracking number within 48 hours of shipment, please contact Customer Service and we will verify and resolve the issue.
Duties and Import Fees (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may be levied by the destination country or region's customs.
These charges are your responsibility, and the specific rates are determined by customs and the carrier. Astrostd cannot preemptively control or waive them.
We will do our best to accurately indicate the merchandise category and value during customs declaration, but the final fee is subject to local customs determinations.
We recommend that you consult your local customs office before placing an order to avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.
Shipping Information and Order Modifications
Please carefully verify the recipient's name, complete address, postal code, and contact information when placing an order.
If you need to modify your shipping information or cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If your order has entered the packaging or shipped process, you may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Orders that have already been placed cannot be canceled directly. You can request a refund through the return process after signing for the package.
Handling Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If there is no update on your package for an extended period, or if it displays "Signed for" but you haven't actually received it, please report it to us within 7 days of the estimated arrival date. We will assist in contacting the carrier to initiate an investigation or claim.
Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
If the package was damaged during shipping, please provide the following documents within 7 days of signing for processing:
- Order number and recipient's name;
- Clear photos of the product and packaging;
- Photo of the express delivery label or waybill (if available).
Once all required documents have been submitted, we will promptly review and provide a replacement, reissue, or refund.
To increase your claim success rate, please ensure you retain the original packaging and delivery label until the issue is resolved.
Package Receipt and Delivery Agent Receipt
If the delivery status shows "Signed for" but you did not personally receive the package, please confirm with a family member, neighbor, or property management representative whether they have received the package on your behalf. If your package is mis-signed, lost, or stolen, please contact the carrier and us as soon as possible and provide relevant proof.
Special Periods
During major promotions, holidays, and peak shipping periods, order processing and delivery may be delayed. We will provide advance notice of delivery times via our website announcements or emails. We recommend placing your order in advance to avoid delays.

For expedited processing, please include your order number and the type of issue in the subject line of your email. In the body of your email, please include your name, order email address, contact number, a description of the issue, and any relevant images.
We prioritize your requests on weekdays and strive to provide feedback and a solution within 48 hours.
