Shipping Restrictions

Due to international trade regulations and shipping restrictions, we are unable to process or deliver orders to certain countries and regions. These countries and regions include, but are not limited to:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela and Yemen.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or relating to the products, services, or terms, the parties agree to first resolve the dispute through written communication. If no resolution is reached, the parties may resolve the dispute through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
